Four Types of SDA Housing
- Improved Liveability – Better accessibility features than standard housing
- Fully Accessible – Complete wheelchair access and assistive technology ready
- Robust – Reinforced design for participants with complex behaviours
- High Physical Support – Clinical features for intensive daily care needs
Who Can Access SDA Housing in SA?
To be eligible for SDA housing in South Australia, you must:
- Be an NDIS participant with SDA funding approved in your NDIS plan
- Have extreme functional impairment that significantly impacts daily living activities
- Require specialist housing features that cannot be provided through standard housing modifications
