A home is where we feel secure. Where we can surround ourselves with the people and things we love and care about. A home is where we can be completely ourselves.

Our Mission

Adenium Living works with participants to design and build homes that enable them to live the life they want, on their terms. Like our namesake, the resilient desert rose ‘Adenium’, these are homes where people can plant roots and flourish.

And we don’t just build specialist disability accommodation. We cultivate beautiful, practical homes for long-term living, incorporating custom features that meet the specific needs and desires of our participants. By listening and understanding those needs, we ensure a better living experience for every participant and the network of people who support them.

Bonny Shaw-Newland,
Intake and Transition Manager

At the helm of the Adenium Living Intake and Transition team, Bonny directs operations to seamlessly integrate participants into their new living environments. Her strategic vision and compassionate leadership have significantly improved participant experience across the board.

Cass James,
Marketing and Communications Manager

Adept at developing strategies which raise awareness and drive engagement, Cass is skilled in finding ways to reach diverse audiences. She can’t wait to meet those who will call Adenium houses their home.

Bahar Taherian,
Assistant Development Manager

Bahar works closely with allied health experts and builders to ensure that our designs carefully balance practicality and beauty to cater for the unique needs of occupants.

Victoria Soto,
Assistant Acquisition Manager

Victoria is responsible for securing suitable sites and negotiating smooth transactions through to settlement. Proactive and analytical, Victoria carefully navigates the complexities of property acquisition, making decisions that benefit both the company and the community.

Arabela Bastiani,
Assistant Project Manager

Arabela serves as an essential link between Adenium Living and our builder partners throughout the construction process, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of resources from start to finish.

Floy Chen,
Assistant Management Accountant

Floy oversees the smooth running of complex projects with cost management and budget planning to support to the team.

Kevin Ng,
Director

With a background across all types of development including mixed-used, residential, industrial, infrastructure and community throughout Australia, Kevin brings comprehensive references to the creation of innovative and sustainable SDA housing.
