Adenium Living integrates tailored housing solutions for people with varying needs and requirements. Our sustainable approach also relates to the extended life and capacity of our designs so that if the needs of the person living there change or if future participants have different requirements, the modifications required have minimal impact. For example, the time to integrate of a hoist can be reduced substantially by designing structural allowance in the bedroom ceiling from the outset.

Effective management from the Adenium Living development team is crucial in ensuring timely delivery to transition so the participant has accurate expectations with new builds, ultimately delivering homes at the right time on their SDA journey.
